Guest Apartment Reservation Request

The UTA host department must pick up the guest's check-in packet from suite B130 of the E.H. Hereford University Center after 11 a.m. but before 5 p.m. on the guest's scheduled arrival date. Guests may enter the unit starting at 3:00 pm.

If the scheduled arrival date is over a weekend or University closure, the UTA host department must pick up the keys before 5:00 p.m. on the last regular business day immediately preceding the weekend or University closure.

Nightly Rates

One Bedroom/One Bathroom
$110 Per Night

Two Bedroom/Two Bathrooms
$135 Per Night


Nightly rate will reflect actual number of nights stayed. Exact apartment locations will be indicated in the guest's check-in packet. Guests requesting a 1 Bedroom/1 Bathroom may be accommodated at no additional charge in a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom based on availability.

Guest apartment bookings may be per night or per month only with a maximum of 3 months with the potential option to extend by one month.

Apartment Type*

Guests must be 21 years of age or older to stay in the Guest Apartments. Accompanied minors are welcomed.

Parking

Guest planning to park on campus will need to purchase a parking permit prior to the their arrival to avoid possible citations. Guest can register their license plate numbers to Parking and Transportation Services Office. License plate numbers are also required for rental vehicles.

UTA faculty and staff staying in the Guest Apartments and needing to park on campus must purchase a faculty and staff parking permit prior.

Guest Information

All guests must be on campus for official university business. The Guest Apartments are not for personal use.

Non-UTA guest must purchase permits at the parking and transportation services office.
